Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using WaslaZone. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use WaslaZone.

2. Bookings and Matches

WaslaZone allows you to book padel courts, create or join matches, and play with other players. Open matches may be joined directly if your skill level is within the match's range, or by request if outside that range, subject to approval by existing confirmed players.

3. Payments

• Payments are made via Bankak transfer to the account details shown at checkout
• Payments are manually verified by our admin team before your spot is confirmed
• If multiple players pay for the same available spot, whoever's payment is verified first claims it; other payments will be refunded
• Bookings with no payment activity for 15 minutes may be automatically released

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Players may leave a match they've joined; if the match is full, this is only possible more than 24 hours before the match start time
• Facilities may cancel a match that is not yet full
• Matches with insufficient players may be automatically cancelled based on how close to the start time they are
• Refunds are processed to the Bankak account provided at checkout

5. Match Results and Ratings

Match results must be submitted honestly and accurately. One participant submits the result, and the opposing team must confirm or dispute it within 24 hours. Unconfirmed results are automatically accepted after this period. Your skill level is automatically recalculated after each confirmed result.

6. Player Conduct

Players are expected to treat each other respectfully. Harassment, abuse, or fraudulent activity (including manipulating match results or payments) may result in account suspension.

7. Facility Listings

Facility managers are responsible for the accuracy of their court information, pricing, and availability. WaslaZone acts as a booking platform and is not responsible for the physical condition of any facility.

8. Limitation of Liability

WaslaZone provides a platform for booking and matchmaking. We are not liable for injuries, disputes between players, or issues arising at the physical facility during play.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WaslaZone after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
